Do you lift weights?

I know I do, but i've only started. I decided to start lifting to improve my physique and that perfect body for next year's Summer on the beach.

If you do, what's your motivation?

My motivation is.. I want to be able to have abs that I can look at, and muscles..

I've been lifting weights for like 5 years now, and it's really helping now..

I don't lift weights in the sense of 200 pounds at a time. I just use light weights to tone and get definition. I am a female, so it doesn't take much to build and maintain a bit.

I lift weight because i want to have healthy body. Not fatty. This is my main motivation, It is pretty lame to work out because of the girls or someone else.

I loved it before but now a day they are of no use seeing mordern Machines and mini Gyms they do have many ways to get proper muscles at the right place and we just need to spend 1 hr max a day so that easy.

yes I do, that is only for my physique and for my body.
I've been lifting weights for 3 years & i see the result that my body is tooned.
i lift weight because only for my healthy body not like a fatty one.

Weightlifting

I used to go to the gym last year. After doing my cardio vascular exercises like running and cycling, I used to do light weight training. My trainer advised me to do light weight training because I was too young then. I have now build a little muscle mass, and will move to tough weight training, once I am 20 to 22 years old.

All those who are below 17 years of age should not lift a lot of weight in case it hinders their growth and height.
