What is your prediction?

Wasn't a bad guess by all accounts! Prior to the Olympics I'd expected the US to win the most Golds with China and Russia closely following. Unfortunately my early predictions were quickly proved wrong as China took Gold after Gold, particularly during the opening stages.

Great Britain did much better than I expected, should put us in good stead to put up a bit more of a challenge when we host in four years time.

It's not really fair that I voted after the games was over, but I voted the same way I felt would happen. USA won with the most overall medal count, but China had the most gold medals. It is really a good feat for both countries.

I definitely say that the USA will win the most medals, but China might win the most golds. That tends to be how things tally up currently and throughout the past of the Olympics so I'm gonna keep my vote and guess along with those statistics.

wow alot of people like me have voted china. I think that nowadays most things are biased or government controlled and especially seeing as china is a very strict nation , they have been training for a very long time . They also put on a spectacluar show at the olympics

i did poll for china as chaina won the most medals in olypics 2008. overall china got 101 medals in olypics and china won 51 gold medals in beijing olympis 2008 as dey won da olympic competition by standing at ist position
